Is XX a licensed columbarium operating legally?

The Private Columbaria Licensing Board will process the licence applications of private columbaria. A list of application for specified instruments received has been published on FEHD’s dedicated website and those columbaria successfully granted with licence or other specified instrument in future will also be published on the website.

The columbarium must obtain a licence, an exemption or a TSOL in order to operate.  Otherwise, it should, according to the law, return the ashes interred to the eligible claimants (e.g. the family members of the deceased).

Only licensed columbaria are allowed to sell or newly let out niches.
