What should I do if I encounter problems during the payment of application fees with a credit card in the HOS 2025 online application?

Applicants can ONLY use the following credit cards: Visa / MasterCard / JCB / UnionPay or FPS to pay for the online application fee.

The online payment system does not support UnionPay Savings Card/ Debit Card or Prepaid Card.

Some credit card issuers do not support online payment. In case your credit card is rejected by the payment service, please check with your credit card issuers to ascertain if the card supports online payment.

Please do not re-submit another application. Any duplicate application will render all applications null and void.
