Can I bring a small amount of alternative smoking products (e.g. e-cigarette, heatstick and herbal cigarette) into Hong Kong?

The Import and Export (Amendment) Ordinance 2023 prohibits any person from importing ASPs, regardless of the quantity or whether they are for personal use.  Import covers parcels or articles that are brought into the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).
