When you are moving, Mail Re-direction Service enables you to arrange for your mail to be redirected from your business and residential addresses to your new address.

Required documents

  1. Valid proof of the old address:  Photocopy of document, bill or correspondence issued by a Government department or bank or utilities within the last 3 months from the date of submission of the application. The document should include the name and address of the applicant, the name of issuing organization and the issue date. 
  2. If an applicant is an individual, a photocopy of his/her identity document shall be submitted.
  3. In cases other than an individual, a photocopy of an applicant’s latest valid Business Registration Certificate shall be submitted.

Submission of application

The completed form Pos 800 (PDF) with payment of the prescribed fee and supporting documents should be submitted to any post office or posted to the Redirection Section, Wanchai Delivery Office, G/F Wu Chung House, 213 Queen's Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong, not less than five working days before the redirection is due to commence, and within 3 months after removal.
