When you are moving, Mail Redirection Service enables you to arrange for your mail to be redirected from your business and residential addresses to your new address.

Required documents
- Valid proof of the old address: Photocopy, facsimile copy or digital copy (sent by mobile phone or computer) of document, bill or correspondence issued by a Government department or bank or utilities within the last 3 months from the date of submission of the application. The document should include the name and address of the applicant, the name of issuing organization and the issue date.
- If an applicant is an individual, a photocopy or digital copy of his/her identity document shall be submitted.
- In cases other than an individual, a photocopy or digital copy of an applicant’s latest valid Business Registration Certificate shall be submitted.

Submission of application
Application shall be submitted not less than 5 working days before the redirection is due to commence, and within 3 months after removal in the following ways:
- Complete the online form and settle the service charge by online payment (for new applications only); or
- Complete and submit form Pos 800 (PDF) with payment of the prescribed fee and supporting documents to any post office or post to the Redirection Section, Wanchai Delivery Office, 2/F, Wu Chung House, 213 Queen's Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong.
