Amend contact information of HOS 2025 / WSM 2025 / GSH 2025 applicants 

Method (1) Amend online

• Applicants with “iAM Smart” account may apply for updating contact information online via "Update Contact Information" on HOS 2025 / WSM 2025 / GSH 2025 Website.

• Contact information including:

  • new HK mobile number (for receiving SMS issued by the HA),

  • other new HK contact number,

  • new residential address,

  • new correspondence address, and 

  • new email address.

• In general the update of contact information would be effective on next day if the online amendment is submitted sucessfully before 12 am.

• The updating would only apply to the application of HOS 2025 / WSM 2025 / GSH 2025.  Applicants’ other records (if any) in the Hong Kong Housing Authority (HA), the Housing Department and the Hong Kong Housing Society (HKHS) would not be changed.

• Applicants without “iAM Smart” account have to submit written applications for updating contact information

   

Method (2) Submit written notification

• Applicant may submit a written request to the HOS / GSH / WSM Unit to update the relevant information.    (Address: Podium Level 1, Hong Kong Housing Authority Customer Service Centre, 3 Wang Tau Hom South Road, Kowloon).  
• Please indicate the followings on the written notification:
  • Applicant's name, HKID number and contact phone number;
  • information required amendment;
  • date of the notification;
  • signed by the applicant; and
  • the scheme(s) applied (HOS 2025 / WSM 2025 / GSH 2025) on the envelope
