How to amend contact information after submission of application for HOS 2025 / WSM 2025 / GSH 2025?

Amend contact information of HOS 2025 / WSM 2025 / GSH 2025 applicants 

After application deadline (20 May 2026), applicant should submit a written request to the HOS / GSH / WSM Unit to update the relevant information.    (Address: Podium Level 1, Hong Kong Housing Authority Customer Service Centre, 3 Wang Tau Hom South Road, Kowloon). 

Please indicate the followings on the written notification:

• Applicant's name, HKID number and contact phone number;
• information required amendment;
• date of the notification;
• signed by the applicant; and
• the scheme(s) applied (HOS 2025 / WSM 2025 / GSH 2025) on the envelope.
