What are the handling procedures after balloting for HOS 2025, GSH 2025 & WSM 2025?

The ballot for HOS 2025, GSH 2025 and WSM 2025 was drawn on 10 July 2026 . The HA will issue letter or email (for applicants who submitted online applications and opted to receive electronic notifications) to notify applicants to submit the completed "Income and Asset Declaration Form" and the supporting documents to the HA within 10 working days for detailed vetting.

If the invited applicants fail to submit supporting documents within the specified period of time, or are confirmed to be ineligible after detailed vetting by the HA, their applications will be cancelled.
[Applicable to HOS 2025] In view of the numbers of flats and flat selection priority of eligible applicants under HOS 2025, the HA will issue flat selection notification to eligible applicants in writing or by email at an appointed time to select their flats and complete all the purchasing formalities according to their priority for flat selection. If required, the HA may also arrange applicants to undergo eligibility vetting on their appointed day of flat selection.
[Applicable to WSM 2025] The HA will issue Approval Letters to those eligible applicants who passed the vetting, according to the quota and their final priority.

Households of PRH Estates/ Rental Estates/ Elderly Persons Flats are not subject to the restriction of income and asset; however, they must comply with the "restrictions on domestic property ownership".
