How to check the Sale Status, Register of Transactions and Quota of Flats available of GSH 2025 (including recovered TPS flats)?
Hong Kong Housing Authority & Housing DepartmentFlat selection for GSH 2025 commence from 25 August 2026. During flat selection period, you may check the “Status of Sale of Flats”, “Register of Transactions” & "Quota of Flats Available" through the following channels:
A. Visit the GSH 2025 website

B. Call the HA Sales Hotline
- The number of GSH flats still available for flat selection will be updated at the HA Sales Hotline - 2712 8000 at 10:00 p.m. daily during flat selection period (Cantonese and Putonghua only).
C. View the sales position on the display screens at the office of the GSH Sales Unit
- Operation hours of display screens during flat selection period: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily, inclusive of Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
- Address: 1/F, Pioneer Place, 33 Hoi Yuen Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon (nearer to Exit B3, Kwun Tong MTR Station).
