When should HOS White Form applicants submit proofs for income and asset value?

HOS White Form applicants are not required to submit the proofs for income and asset value at the time of submitting the application form, but please keep details of your income and breakdown of assets to substantiate your declared income and assets for the HA’s further vetting in future if required.  After balloting, HOS Sales Unit will notify the relevant applicants by email / letter to submit “Income and Asset Declaration Form” (IADF) and/or relevant documents within the specified period.

Family applicants of White Form or Green Form (only applicable to the holder of a valid "Green Form Certificate" ) who had submitted online application may submit IADF and relevant documents during the period from 11 May 2026 to 10 June 2026 via the online platform. 

Points to Note for early submission of IADF online: 

• This arrangment is only applicable to family applicants who had submitted online application.
• Applicants and family member(s) using  "iAM Smart+" can sign IADF digitally and upload relevant documents.  Applicants and family member(s) using  "iAM Smart" can print the IADF, sign on it and submit it together with relevant documents to HOS Sales Unit by post or in person. 
• Early submission of IADF is voluntary.  This does not represent the applicant has passed the eligibility vetting and will not affect the order for flat selection.
