I intend to set up a cigar tasting room in my cigar shop. What are the requirements the compliance of which would qualify the room as an exempt area to Part 2 of the Smoking (Public Health) Ordinance (Cap. 371)?

Tobacco and Alcohol Control Office, Department of Health

A room designated for cigar tasting in a shop is an exempt area if all the requirements set out under Item 9 of Part 2 of Schedule 2 of the Smoking (Public Health) Ordinance (Cap. 371) are complied with.
