I just let my property. Is it necessary to submit the Form CR109 to the Rating and Valuation Department (RVD)?
Rating and Valuation DepartmentThe landlord/principal tenant or its representative/agent, soon after entering into a new tenancy/sub-tenancy (including both fresh letting and renewal), is advised to submit Form CR109 (Notice of New Letting or Renewal Agreement) (PDF) to RVD within 1 month from the date on which the parties –
