(1) Applicable to Continuing Applicants

(i.e. applicants who have successfully applied for financial assistance for pre-primary students in the 2023/24 school year on or before 1 May 2024, excluding applicants with children attending Primary 1 in the 2024/25 school year)

Started from May 2024(Note), the SFO issued Access Code for E-Form and/ or paper-based pre-filled form to continuing applicants in batches according to their option indicated in the 2023/24 application. (Note: applicants who have successfully applied for financial assistance in the 2023/24 school year on or before 1 March 2024 for students at pre-primary, primary and secondary levels will receive in mid-March 2024)

Continuing applicants may –

  • Use pre-filled E-Form – Access the “Pre-filled E-Form” tab in the “SFO E-link – My Applications (Financial Assistance Schemes at Pre-primary, Primary and Secondary Levels) ” website, and use “iAM Smart” or enter the Access Code and required information to open the pre-filled E-Form which has been prefilled with their application details. Continuing applicants may then complete the Pre-filled E-Form, upload relevant supporting documents and submit the application online.  Applicants can use “iAM Smart+” to sign the declaration digitally.  Applicants without “iAM Smart+”should print, sign and upload the signed declaration as one of the supporting documents ; or
  • Use paper-based Pre-filled Form – Submit the completed Paper-based Pre-filled Form issued by the SFO together with copies of relevant supporting documents to SFO by post, using the addressed envelope provided.

 

(2) Applicable to Other Applicants

(i.e. new applicants and applicants who have NOT received financial assistance for pre-primary students in the 2023/24 school year on or before 1 May 2024)
