What is the application and flat selection period for Express Flat Allocation Scheme (2026)-cum-Resale of Green Form Subsidised Home Ownership Scheme Flats and Recovered Tenants Purchase Scheme Flats? Will my PRH application being affected if I do not turn up for flat selection ?

Express Flat Allocation Scheme (2026)-cum-Resale of Green Form Subsidised Home Ownership Scheme Flats and Recovered Tenants Purchase Scheme Flats has been launched. The application period is between 3 July to 16 July 2026. The application is free of charge. The HD will issue application form together with invitation letter to target applicants. Applicants who have not been invited for or did not turn up for flat selection, or did not select a flat, will not be accorded with one count of valid offer.  Their original public rental housing applications will continue to be processed.

• 3 July - 16 July 2026

Flat Selection Period 

• household of two-head or above: tentatively scheduled for September 2026
• one-person applicants: tentatively be commenced in November 2026

Letters of notification for flat selection will be sent in batches to eligible applicants about one week before their flat selection date according to their flat selection priorities. 

Effect on PRH Application 

• The following circumstances will not be accorded with one count of valid offer of the applicants: 
  • have not been invited for flat selection;
  • did not turn up for flat selection upon invitation;
  • did not select a flat during flat selection

Please note: applicants' original public rental housing applications will continue to be processed in accordance with the prevailing public rental housing application policies and procedures provided that the applications are still valid.
