What is the flat selection arrangement for applicants who apply for both "EFAS (2026)" and “Resale of GSH Flats and Recovered TPS Flats”?

Flat selection for “EFAS” (2026)-cum-“Resale of GSH Flats and Recovered TPS Flats” commence on 2 September 2026.  The first batch is for household of two-head or above and the second batch is for one-person applicants.  Flat selection for both exercises will be carried out simultaneously in HA Customer Service Centre, 3 Wang Tau Hom South Road, Lok Fu, Kowloon.  The arrangement is as follows: 

 

  • Should an applicant apply for both EFAS (2026) and the "Resale Exercise", he/ she can only select a flat in "EFAS" (2026) or the "Resale Exercise" at a time.
  • During flat selection, if an applicant apply for both "EFAS" (2026) and the "Resale Exercise" decides to select a GSH flat/ recovered TPS flat, he or she must sign the Notification for Unsuccessful Flat Selection (Flat Selection Process) of EFAS (2026).
  • After signing of the notification, the applicants will be arranged to enter the flat selection room of HOS Sales Unit for registration and GSH flat/ recovered TPS flat selection according to the flat selection priority under EFAS (2026).  Applicants who have been verified for passing PRH application will sign ASP on the same day after flat selection.
  • Should an applicant apply for both “EFAS” (2026) and the “Resale Exercise”, once he/she has successfully selected a flat under “EFAS” (2026) / “Resale Exercise”, his/her eligibility for the other Exercise / Scheme will be revoked immediately.  Even if he/she has withdrawn the selected PRH flat under “EFAS” (2026) or cancelled the Agreement for Sale and Purchase of the flat under the “Resale Exercise”, the application for the other Exercise / Scheme cannot be reverted.
  • When all the GSH flats and recovered TPS flats under the “Resale Exercise” are sold out, applicants joining both “EFAS” (2026) and “Resale Exercise” will only be invited to select PRH flats. The HA reserves all rights in respect of sales arrangements.
