Hong Kong Housing Authority & Housing DepartmentBased on the ballot results, all eligible applicants of GSH 2025 will be allocated an order for flat selection randomly generated by computer. Family applicants who join the “Priority Schemes” will be allocated an additional order of priority for flat selection with a Prefix "GP".
All Applicants
- Will be allocated one ordinary order for flat selection randomly generated by computer according to the ballot results.
Family Applicants who join the “Priority Elderly Scheme” and/or “Priority Newborns Scheme”
- Family applicants who join the “Priority Elderly Scheme” and/or “Priority Newborns Scheme” will be allocated one additional order for flat selection for such category randomly generated by computer according to the ballot result, i.e. a total of two Random Orders :
- One Random Order under the ‘Priority Scheme for Families with Elderly Members’ and/or ‘Families with Newborns Flat Selection Priority Scheme’ (Prefix with "GP"); and
