How to check the audited accounts of a charitable fund-raising activity?

If the charitable fund-raising activity fulfills the following condition, its audited accounts should be uploaded to the “Search Audited Accounts of the Charitable Fund-raising Activities” webpage of GovHK within 90 days after the last approved charitable fund-raising event date or from the date of the draw of lottery for public inspection for 12 months:

  1. applications for organising Flag Days submitted to the Social Welfare Department (SWD) on or after 1 April 2018; or
  2. applications for organising General Charitable Fund-raising Activities submitted to the SWD or for organising lottery activities submitted to the Home Affairs Department on or after 1 August 2018.
