Hong Kong Housing Authority & Housing DepartmentEligible PRH applicants can choose either renting PRH unit or purchasing resale GSH flat or recovered TPS flat from the lists of flats available for selection under “EFAS” (2026)-cum-“Resale of GSH Flats and Recovered TPS Flats”. The lists of flats available for selection are:
(1) PRH flats

- Flats available for Flat Selection (Housing for Senior Citizens Units)
